In this audiovisual performance the performers have the chance to become one by connecting their laptop computers. Each device creates an image and sends it to the next device in the chain. The layered, morphing, shifting images are then translated into a continuously evolving sound. While in many audiovisual performances the sound is generating the image – in this case it is the image generating the sound. Any manipulation of the sound directly effects the This results in the performers thinking and playing as one to play one large “visual synthesizer”.
